Terms of Use

MockupMaster provides tools for uploading artwork, generating and exporting mockups, saving presets and workflows, managing account data, and using related features that may change over time.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, with or without notice, to the extent allowed by law.

You may need an account to access some features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly update your information if it changes.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our failure to maintain appropriate security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for the service, or are used fraudulently or unlawfully.

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, without limitation, attempting to interfere with service operation, bypassing limits or access controls, introducing malware, reverse engineering restricted parts of the service where prohibited by law or contract, scraping the service in unauthorized ways, or using the platform to violate the rights of others.

You may not upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or our platform rules.

Some features may require payment. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the fees, taxes, and any other amounts due for your selected plan.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel future renewals through your account settings or billing controls, but charges already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us.

We may change pricing, plan features, or usage limits from time to time. If we do, the updated terms will apply to future billing periods unless otherwise stated.

You retain ownership of content you upload and, subject to applicable law and third-party rights, the outputs you create. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights necessary to upload, use, process, and export your content.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, and display your content only as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service, provide customer support, and enforce these terms.

MockupMaster, including the service, software, branding, design, interfaces, documentation, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except as expressly permitted in these terms, no rights are granted to you.

The service may rely on or integrate with third-party tools, hosting providers, payment processors, storage vendors, or linked websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and policies.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the service will always be available in every region or for every device or use case.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay fees when due, or if continued service is no longer commercially practical.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions related to ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MockupMaster and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us anything.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MockupMaster and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating MockupMaster, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute relating to these terms or the service will be resolved in the courts or forums permitted by applicable law and the governing agreement between you and MockupMaster.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the service, by email, or by updating the effective date shown on this page. Your continued use of the service after the updated terms become effective means you agree to the revised terms.
